Is it possible for a given area to retrieve automatically all the highest points based on elevation (say of USGS quads for a named peak or based on the last contour line for an unnamed point) ?

Going a step further, to filter those results by adding a col criterion rule of at least 300 feet rise on each of the connecting cols.

Waiting for a miracle of some sort...
