March 17, 2008 -- GeoLytics now has the latest 2008 demographic estimates and 2013 population projections available for purchase on DVD. These data are the most up-to-date estimates of the current US population, available at the state, county, zip code, tract, and block group level.
The 2008 Estimates and 2013 Projections provides demographic variables for the current U.S. population and 5-year projections of population trends. Variables include total population, population change, total households, race, age, gender, household income, owners vs. renters, and more. For more information go to: http://geolytics.com/USCensus,Estimates-Projections,Products.asp
If you need more data than the basic 2008 Estimates and 2013 Projections, then you need GeoLytics’ Estimates Professional 2008/2013. This product includes all the variables on our standard Estimates and Projections product, plus it includes complete break-outs of sex by age by race, household types and household size, median incomes by race, and much more.
NEW THIS YEAR -- GeoLytics is releasing ALL NEW VARIABLES on educational attainment and educational enrollment, available on the Estimates Professional 2008/2013. In addition, the Estimates Professional has consumer expenditures and demographic profiles for 2008 and 2013. For more information, go to: http://geolytics.com/USCensus,Estimates-Professional,Products.asp
The Estimates and Projections and the Estimates Professional are both currently available on CD and will be available online in the next month. The data for both products are available at 6 geographies: nation, states, counties, tracts, block groups, and zip codes. Like all of GeoLytics’ CensusCD products, you get all of these different geographies plus you can run a radius around a latitude/longitude point.
