Chicago Festival of maps continues

If the Chicago festival of maps is half as cool as the interactive website then this event has to be awesome! The Christian Science Monitor has an excellent report from Chicago and provides some great insight into the event and all the great stuff that those of us unable to get there are missing. Of note, the map data provided for the interactive website (Flash) is from Chicago-based Rand McNalley. See http://www.festivalofmaps.com
Lets just hope that maybe this event will head out on the road and be available for others to enjoy one day! Festival of maps is also maintaining a blog where you can find event updates like the recent addition of Civial War maps...
